Refund & Return Eligibility:

Size Exchange (Clothing Only):

  • Clothing items are eligible for one-time size exchange only, subject to availability of the requested size.

  • To request a size exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Reverse pickup and re-shipping charges may apply depending on your location and stock availability.

Visual Representation & Color Disclaimer:

  • We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through photos and descriptions. However, slight color variations may occur due to:

    • Individual screen settings (brightness, contrast, resolution)

    • Natural lighting during product photography

    • Dye batch variations in fabric

  • Minor differences in color or appearance will not be considered a defect and are not eligible for return or refund.

  • If you believe the product received is significantly different from what was shown, please share clear photos within 7 days of delivery for review.

Conditions for Return Approval:

    • Tags intact and original packaging preserved (pouch or box)

    • Complete with all components (in case of toy sets or bundles)

  • Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery will not be accepted.

Return/Refund Process:

    • Upon successful inspection of the returned item, we will either:

  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
